When we founded our company in January 2012,  we wanted to distinguish ourselves from the rest of the players in the private air traffic control industry. We knew we had some tough competition, but we also knew we could make our way through by focusing on our strengths, and the qualities that make us unique in the industry.

Looking back, we feel confident we have stayed true to that mission. Our goals:

Number 1:  We will provide the best customer service in the industry. Hands down.  We want every client to know that they have our undivided attention, to know that when they pick up the phone, or drop us a text, we are here, ready to respond. Your concerns are our concerns. We are on it. Promptly. We pride ourselves on responsiveness and availability.  We are here to help and you’ll never have to wonder, “Did they get the message I left?”

Number 2:  We will never be too busy.  It’s just not possible to give top priority to 25 things at once. So we made a conscious decision to be selective about the opportunities we accept.

Our goal is not to do more shows than the next guy, but to commit 100% to every show we do. To help you make your show the best ever.  We enjoy what we do, and we never want that to change.  We look forward to EVERY EVENT, and we will never allow our calendar to be so full that the next event doesn’t motivate and excite us.

Number 3:  We will insure you get the best value for your dollar. We understand that every event has a budget. Event planners have a lot of ground to cover and overpaying in one area means sacrificing something valuable in another. We respect the tough choices you have to make in executing your air event, and we really do share your commitment to making that event the best ever. We price our services fairly and work hard to keep costs down. We will work with you to come up with a plan that fits your needs. Whether you are looking to contract just Air Bossing services, or a comprehensive package, we can meet your needs at a cost that won’t break the budget.
